About Me

In 2017, I decided to start a line of lip balms. It was always a dream of mine to have my own makeup line and this was what was realistic for me to do at the time. Flavors included Cotton Candy, Pink Lemonade, and Sugar Cookie.

 

Even before I started the lip balm line, I always had a passion for makeup artistry and wanted to be skilled in that area as well. I loved practicing on my friends, when they let me. When they didn't, I was always attempting to try new and different looks on myself. It was one trip when I did a friend's makeup that I decided I finally had to go to makeup school. Right when I got back I signed up and went to Nina Mua Makeup Academy. The whole program was one month, I did it during my Winter break in my last year of college. It all happened so spontaneously. I told myself, "If I don't do it now, then when will I?"

In my last semester of college I took a class called Special Effects Makeup where I was able to be educated into the gory realm of makeup aside from just beauty makeup. I started an account on Instagram where I consistently share beauty and makeup tips and tricks (follow me @juniesutt), while also posting photos of my makeup clients.

 

On another note, I really do take every day as an opportunity to practice and become better at what I do, no matter how much experience I have. I truly strive to make each and every client of mine feel beautiful, while at the same time listening to their makeup wants and needs. I also wants to make sure they leave looking differently than the previous time they came to me. I strive to be versatile in that I will cater to the girl that wants to look natural as well as the girl who wants full on glam. I can assure you making an appointment with me doesn't only mean walking out and feeling great, but it also puts you in great hands and even better company :)
